Seasiders Third

    Kaneohe, HI—The Brigham Young University Hawaii men’s cross country team finished in third place today at the Hawaii Pacific Invitational.  The Seasiders scored 82 points to finish behind Division I Xavier’s 23 and Hawaii Pacific’s 65 points.

    BYU–Hawaii’s Brendan McMaster claimed fifth place and Rivers Puzey took sixth over the 8K course but no times have yet been made available by Hawaii Pacific.  Matthew Belliston placed 17th for the Seasiders and Brandon Krout took 25th.  Chad Nahoolewa came in 29th to round out the team scoring for the Seasiders.

    Other BYU–Hawaii runners to finish were Thomas Jordan, 35th, Aaron Noltemeyer, 36th, and Michael Gulden, 45th.

    The Seasiders’ next action will come on October 25th as they host the Pacific West Conference Championships at Turtle Bay at 8:00 am HST.
