Seasiders Ranked 12th
Laie, HI—The Brigham Young University Hawaii men’s basketball team fell six spots in the national rankings this week in the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Division II poll, falling to number 12 after losing a game last week. Last week the Seasiders reached the school’s highest ever NCAA ranking, at number six, but lost to Washburn early last week before closing out the week with two wins to improve to 5-1 for the season.
The Seasiders play just a single game this week, tonight against Hillsdale (MI), before taking a two-week break for the holidays. The Seasiders will open Pacific West Conference play on January 6th against UH-Hilo in Laie. The next national poll will not be released until January 6th as well.
