BYUH Defeats Point Loma for Fifth Place
Waipio, HI—The 41st-ranked Brigham Young University Hawaii men’s tennis team defeated Point Loma Nazarene 5-2 in the fifth-place match of the Pacific West Conference Tournament. The Seasiders picked up wins at number one and two doubles and at second, third, and sixth singles to improve to 12-7 for the season.
Seasiders Fall at PacWest Tournament
Laie, HI—The 41st-ranked Brigham Young University Hawaii men’s tennis team lost today against 13th-ranked Grand Canyon 5-3 in the opening round of the Pacific West Conference Tournament. The Seasiders picked up wins at number one and three doubles and at the number six singles slot but fell to 11-7 for the season.

Laie, HI—The 41st-ranked Brigham Young University Hawaii men’s tennis team picked up a big win today against 13th-ranked Grand Canyon today 5-2 in their last match before the Pacific West Conference Tournament. Azusa, CA—The 41st-ranked Brigham Young University Hawaii men’s tennis team lost to 11th-ranked Azusa Pacific today 6-3 to conclude its road trip. The Seasiders picked up wins at number one doubles and numbers two and five singles but fell to 10-6 for the season.
La Mirada, CA—The 41st-ranked Brigham Young University Hawaii men’s tennis team defeated Biola today 9-0 on the road. The Seasiders swept the three doubles matches handily and took five of the six singles matches in straight sets as they improved to 10-5 for the season.
San Diego, CA—The 41st-ranked Brigham Young University Hawaii men’s tennis team earned a tough, 5-4 road win today over Point Loma Nazarene. The Seasiders took two of the doubles matches and three of the six singles matches to secure the victory and improve to 9-5 for the season.
La Jolla, CA—The 41st-ranked Brigham Young University Hawaii men’s tennis team lost to 28th-ranked UC San Diego 5-1 today on the road. The Seasiders’ only win came at the number one doubles position as they fell to 8-5 for the season.
Seasiders Suffer Narrow Loss to DI Team
Riverside, CA—The 41st-ranked Brigham Young University Hawaii men’s tennis team lost to Division I UC Riverside 4-3 today on the road. The Seasiders took two of the three doubles matches to secure the single doubles point awarded under Division I scoring rules, but could come up with only two singles wins as they fell to 8-4 for the season.
Seasider Men Defeat Sonoma State
La Jolla, CA—The 41st-ranked Brigham Young University Hawaii men’s tennis team defeated Sonoma State 8-1 today to begin a West-Coast road trip. The Seasiders swept the three doubles matches and took five of the six singles matches as they improved to 8-3 for the season.
Laie, HI—The 44th-ranked Brigham Young University Hawaii men’s tennis team defeated UH-Hilo 5-0 today in a rain-shortened match on the BYU-Hawaii courts. The Seasiders swept the three doubles matches and won both of the completed singles matches as they improved to 7-3 for the season.

The Seasiders swept the three doubles matches but took wins in just two of the six singles matches as they improved to 5-3 for the season.

Kona, HI—The Brigham Young University Hawaii men’s tennis team defeated UH-Hilo 9-0 for the second straight day today. The Seasiders again swept the three doubles matches and won in straight sets in all six singles matches to improve to 2-0 for the season.

Kona, HI—The Brigham Young University Hawaii men’s tennis team opened the season today with a 9-0 victory over UH-Hilo. The Seasiders swept the three doubles matches easily and won in straight sets in all six singles matches to start the year 1-0.
