Seasiders Fall to Cal Lutheran
Laie, HI—The Brigham Young University Hawaii men’s tennis team lost to Cal Lutheran today 6-3 on the BYU-Hawaii courts. The Seasiders picked up one win in doubles and two singles wins as they fell to 7-6 for the year.
Laie, HI—The Brigham Young University Hawaii men’s tennis team defeated 47th-ranked UH-Hilo today 8-1 on the BYU-Hawaii courts. It was the Seasiders’ second victory over the Vulcans this week. BYU-Hawaii swept all three doubles matches and took five of the six singles matches to improve to 7-5 for the season.
Laie, HI—The 26th-ranked Brigham Young University Hawaii men’s tennis team defeated UH-Hilo today 7-2 on the BYU-Hawaii courts to avenge an earlier loss to the Vulcans in Hilo. The Seasiders won two of the three doubles matches and five of the six singles matches to improve to 6-5 for the season.

The Seasiders swept the three doubles matches and finished off two singles win to claim the first match and then won all six singles matches, with no doubles being played, to win the second match and improve to 5-5 with the wins.

Seasiders Tripped Up by Vulcans
Hilo, HI—The 26th-ranked Brigham Young University Hawaii men’s tennis team suffered a 5-4 defeat at the hands of 45th-ranked UH-Hilo today on the Big Island. The Seasiders won one of the two doubles matches and split the six singles matches as they dropped to 3-4 with the loss.
Laie, HI—The 25th-ranked Brigham Young University Hawaii men’s tennis team suffered a 9-0 defeat at the hands of 22nd-ranked Hawaii Pacific today in Laie on the BYU-Hawaii courts. The Seasiders evened their season record at 3-3 with the loss.
Seasiders Fall to Tenth-Ranked Tritons
Glendale, AZ—The 25th-ranked Brigham Young University Hawaii men’s tennis team suffered a narrow, 5-4, defeat at the hands of tenth-ranked UC San Diego today in Arizona. The Seasiders took two of the three doubles matches but managed to win just two of the six singles matches.

Glendale, AZ—The Brigham Young University Hawaii men’s tennis team defeated Metro State 9-0 today in Arizona. The Seasiders swept the three doubles matches and won all six singles matches in straight sets.

Zakharov Claims Regional Title
Los Angeles, CA—Brigham Young University Hawaii men’s tennis player Zevhan Zakharov won the singles title today at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) West Regionals. Zakharov, seeded fourth in the tournament, defeated Max Jigante of UC San Diego 6-2, 6-4 to claim the crown.
Los Angeles, CA—Brigham Young University Hawaii men’s tennis player Zevhan Zakharov battled his way through two tough matches and into the finals today at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) West Regionals. He also paired up with teammate C. J. Adamson to advance to the semifinals of the tournament in doubles play.
