Seasider Facilities

BYU-Hawaii boasts some of the finest athletic facilities available. The centerpiece of those facilities is the George Q. Cannon Activities Center, known as the CAC. The CAC seats 4,500 fans for basketball or volleyball, both of which are played on a newly renovated floor built over an air space for maximum playing comfort and spring. The CAC houses locker rooms, athletic offices, music rooms, class rooms and hosting areas. The building is also used for devotionals, commencement exercises, concerts, and numerous campus and community activities.

Additional indoor facilities are located in a building adjacent to the Cannon Center. BYUH's new fitness center and weight room are located there, containing state-of-the-art training equipment.

There is also a gymnasium, dance studio, and offices. An outdoor pool and a separate building housing three air-conditioned racquetball courts complete the group.

Outdoor facilities on campus include a soccer field, softball field, and nine tennis courts, giving BYU-Hawaii the means to provide for a quality athletic program.
